Cranston, despite everything that was revealed via social media last month, had contracted COVID-19.
“We were very lucky,” he said of his “benign symptoms.” The actor said he and Deaden, 66, had experienced “a few days of pain” and “a week of severe lethargy.”

Cranston also shared that he had lost his sense of smell and his for “a few months,” but that “they had since returned to 75 percent.”
“I count my blessing by the fact that this is the scope of my sacrifice,” he said.
Cranston continued: “I had the antibodies and it was no longer inflamed, so I think it’s time to donate plasma.”

The actor from “Upside” revealed that while recording the plasma donation procedure at UCLA’s blood and platelet center, doctors asked him to post about it on social media and use his platform to inspire his enthusiasts to do the same.
“I thought, ‘Okay, that’s a smart explanation for why for me to say now that I had COVID-19 and that I was very lucky and maybe if you had it and you’re okay now, maybe you can give plasma to those who suffer, cranston recalls.

“When they came back, the four of us had dinner together and looked at each other and thought, ‘I think we can do it because we all got it, we’re not all inflamed anymore’ and at that point he thought, ‘Oh, we can’t back down,'” Cranston said of the meeting place.
He added: “Now it’s still uncertain, but if it’s imaginable to get infected again, I can fight it.”
“But my center is dating those who have died and those who are suffering,” Cranston concluded. “If one of you who now looks was given and did Array … If you can give plasma to your local blood bank, it will help many, many people.
