Annabel Croft has revealed that she is trying to convince her former tennis player Tim Henman to visit his in Strictly, but he is “terrified”.
In 2023, Annabel, 57, finished fourth on the BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing programme after reaching the semi-finals, and remains friends with her partner, Johannes Radebe, 37.

Her time on the popular series made a strong impression on her, as Annabel now needs to “dance back” to her life, as nothing has made her body so “open and agile”.
She said that Strictly made her realize that dancing is “so smart for you” and that it “makes” a “world of intelligence” for her, plus it’s “so joyful” and “so beautiful. “
Annabel felt the need to sign up for Strictly Come Dancing after the tragic death of her spouse, Mel Coleman, who died of cancer in 2023.
Mel was a huge fan of the show, so she participated in it to distract herself from her grief, after admitting that she cried every day after her death.
Annabel, who will commentate at the Wimbledon championships this summer, also revealed that she is still in contact with Johannes and that they remain “very, very friends. “

Annabel, who was once Britain’s number one tennis player, also shared her thoughts on Wimbledon 2024 and said that “all eyes” will be on Carlos Alcaraz.
Other players she alluded to were Jannik Sinner (the current men’s number one), Iga Świątek (the current women’s number one) and Ons Jabeur, who Annabel says is very popular with the public.
He also talked about some of his upcoming projects: “I’ve recently been doing some stuff with This Morning with my van called ‘Vannabel,’ so I’m going to do more.
“We took it to Yorkshire and explored the area, and it was like doing a treasure hunt again, but with my van!”
