As part of Ant Anstead’s application for full custody of his son Hudson London with his ex-wife Christina Hall, he requests that the 2-year-old appear in any paid media campaign.
According to Anstead’s court order, filed Thursday and received through PEOPLE, celebrity IOU Joyride requests, “I obtain sole legal custody of Hudson or, alternatively, an order prohibiting Christina (and me) from employing Hudson or someone similar to Hudson. “or symbol in any advertising company, paid social media promotion, television show or broadcast, or that may otherwise market Hudson without the explicit prior written consent of either parent. “
Anstead, 43, goes on to claim that Hall, 38, featured Hudson in “paid classifieds to sell products” the three of the full five days Hall had his son in March 2022.

Hall told PEOPLE exclusively in reaction to the custody file: “What Ant is doing saddens me deeply. If it was Hudson, as he says, he deserves to have been personally treated with a personal trial or mediation, as I and my attorney did. suggested. “

The former couple has evolved as Hall recently married real estate agent Josh Hall, 41, after a year of dating, while Anstead has been dating Renee Zellweger, 53, since last June.
