Selling Sunset star Christine Quinn has accused her ex-husband Christian Dumontet of violating a restraining order by allegedly sending an associate to “spy” on her.
In the past, technical director Dumontet had been told to stay at least a hundred yards away from the marital apartment after his arrest in March over an alleged “domestic dispute,” which purported to implicate Quinn and his son.
In new court documents, Quinn alleged that Dumontet “willfully violated” the restraining order on May 27 when he “sent an agent on his behalf to the assets to spy on Ms. Quinn. “
The Netflix truth star claims to have “received an alert on his mobile phone that someone was on his property,” after recently installing cameras to “make sure Mr. Dumontet and his agents are respecting the terms” of the court order.
“He observed an unknown user from his phone app snooping in his garage and in front of his pool,” the court documents read.
“This is an asset domain that is not available to the public. Ms. Quinn did not recognize the user related to Mr. Dumontet; He’s a complete stranger.
Quinn said she was “terrified” by the incident.
The documents with which Quinn later identified the same user walking with Dumontet in photographs published in a U. S. magazine, after he left a court hearing in Los Angeles on Monday.
The court hearing concerned three crimes he had been charged with in the past: child molestation/endangerment, assault, and violation of a coverage order. He is expected to stand trial on July 26.
“There is no doubt that this intruder is an agent and/or Mr. Dumontet,” the documents say.
“Mr. Dumontet knew he wasn’t allowed to be on the assets, and yet he sent his agent there to spy on Ms. Quinn. “
The documents allege that this “is not the first time that Mr. Dumontet has sent an agent on his behalf to the estate to frighten, intimidate, harass and disturb the peace” of Quinn.
This suggests that Quinn and her son are “forced to leave the marital home for fear of the strange men who come and go as they please,” adding that “she doesn’t sit there. “
Quinn said he will “file contempt charges” but will do so if the alleged violations continue.
A representative for Dumontet reached out for comment.
Dumontet filed for divorce from Quinn weeks after his arrest, raising “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their separation and sole legal and physical custody of their son Christian Georges, born in May 2021.
Court documents indicate that the couple were legally married in June 2021, but had a lavish wedding in December 2019, which is featured on Selling Sunset.
Quinn rose to fame after starring in seasons of the hit Netflix series, which chronicles the lives of glamorous agents at a high-end real estate company in Los Angeles.
The Texas-born broker temporarily gained notoriety for her outspokenness, business acumen and penchant for drama.
