The “DWTS” network surprised in July when Bergeron announced on Twitter that he would not be returning as host of the competition’s dance show. She had held the position since her debut in 2005. She also revealed that co-host Erin Andrews, who named her will debut as a contestant in 2010, will not back down as the exhibit takes another direction with new host Tyra Banks.

In a statement provided to Fox News, a 65-year-old comic book representative explained that the move was eventually a call from the network.

Tom Bergeron is a staple of ‘Dancing with the Stars’, and he’s a smart friend of mine.We’re friends, he’s a smart guy and he’s been there since he started, and he’s just a wonderful guy,” Hough, 35, told Bevy Smith on his radio show ‘Bevelations’ about the recent casting reorganization.
“But you also perceive that we’re in the entertainment industry, there’s nothing certain, and there’s those efforts to revitalize and replace things.So you look at that and come on, it’s also noticeable, I think.”
Hough made the impression on the ABC series for 17 seasons and won the Mirrorball six times.Since then, she has filed a lawsuit on NBC’s “World of Dance” with Jennifer Lopez.
Last week, Backstreet Boys star AJ McLean, 42, showed that he would enroll in one of the celebrities.
