Facebook Inc takes EU to court for invading employees’ privacy

Facebook Inc has sued the European Union for invading the privacy of its employees, the social media corporation said today.

The social media company says EU regulators have asked general questions beyond the scope of two ongoing antitrust investigations and called for the Luxembourg Court to intervene.

Facebook has been the subject of scrutiny through the EU festival government since last year, one investigating its data mine and the other in its online marketplace introduced in 2016 and used through 800 million Facebook users in 70 countries to buy and sell items.
