Country star and former “Celebrity Apprentice” candidate Trace Adkins the national anthem at the Republican National Convention on Wednesday night.

Adkins, a finalist for the 2008 Trump series, then won his 2013 season. Adkins, a longtime Vocal Supporter of GoP and played at the 2012 RNC. He also directed the anthem at the time of the inauguration of Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam in 2015.
Although the coronavirus pandemic has confusing entertainment at any of the conventions, this year’s Democratic National Convention and the RNC have performed several musical performances. Artists who directed at the DNC last week included Billie Eilish and the Chicks.
