Former Olympian and mom Shawn Johnson shares family advice as she heads to the 2024 Olympics – Kids in Tow

Window or entrance? Window Favorite Olympic Games you have participated in?  London (in 2012). It was available and easy to navigate. And I met my brother-in-law at the London Olympics. He set me up on a blind date with my husband.   Special item you can’t travel without. As a mom, do I have anything left? I was going to say my son’s blankets because if we do that, it’s my life.   Advice to combat jet lag?  I think you’re still moving. When we took the Greek Islands cruise, the time change worked perfectly. To get there, I don’t know how, but our young people slept better than ever. Upon returning, our little children were abandoned at 2am. m. for a week. Around four in the morning every day we were in the park, had breakfast and were ready to live life.   I would say remember that it is a phase. It is not permanent. So when you are frustrated, it won’t stay that way forever. Just take a look to settle for it. Do some things. It’s an hour of laughter. Her favorite gymnastics trick of all time.
