“Free us from evil” was a smart start at the Korean box office!
On the morning of August 8, the Korean Film Council announced that at 7 a.m.KST, the new “Free us from evil” by Lee Jung Jae and Hwang Jung Min had officially surpassed one million spectators.
According to film distributor CJ Entertainment, the film has gained a general audience of more than 1,078,000 since its August 5, bringing it on par with this summer’s biggest hit yet, the long-awaited sequel to “Train to Busan” “Peninsula.”””
In commemoration of the film’s new milestone, the stars of “Free us from Evil,” Lee Jung Jae and Park Jung Min, posed for a celebratory photo with director Hong Won Chan and cinematographer Hong Kyung Pyo as they showed symptoms by saying, “For the million viewers.who saw “Free us from evil” We love you.”
Star Hwang Jung Min shared a photo of himself with the message “Thank you for 1 million”.
