Celebrity MasterChef star Gethin Jones, 42, said he was a little distraught when his 43-year-old co-star Alex Jones revealed a little too much about his love life to the audience on The One Show recently. The presenter explained that he had told the Welsh presenter that he had had a virtual quote about the coronavirus lock before the screen was broadcast, but that he did not expect her to share the news about the show.
Speaking of the moment of OK! Gethin magazine, which has been the show’s regular host since Matt Baker’s departure, revealed, “I told her [Alex] before the show, and then she said it when we were live!
“I said, “I’m just telling you that!”
“I cooked what I had done in Celebrity MasterChef. Or we were cooking the same thing at the same time, I sent all the ingredients, and we were chatting and had a glass of wine.
“It was like a pivotal edition of James Martin’s Saturday Kitchen with only one viewer!”

Gethin and Alex tackled the dating topic on The One Show in April as they talked to Spice Girl Melanie C about their new music and quarantined life.
After showing a clip to viewers, Alex pointed to Gethin and asked, “Did you click?” Because you made a little virtual date, didn’t you, with the kitchen? »
Gethin laughed and answered with embarrassment, “You said you mentioned it!”
Alex temporarily realized his mistake and covered his mouth while laughing in the studio was heard.

However, the singer pressed Gethin for his date and asked, “I’m interested in cooking, what happened?”
The tv personality admitted then: “I made a kitchen quote, virtually, and lasted for centuries, it lasted for hours.
When Alex asked Gethin if he was still single, the star did not percentage more main points and instead continued with the series.
Elsewhere, Gethin revealed that he would take the post of former host Matt permanently on The One Show.
When asked if it will happen to the Countryfile star, Gethin said, “Everything is on hold right now because of the pandemic.
“I don’t know what the plan is, but I enjoyed it. I enjoyed going checkered and getting into people’s houses like all the skype interviews were,” he remarked.
“But I was disappointed when we welcomed Tom Hanks’ wife, Rita.”
Explaining why, he continued, “I’m so looking forward to seeing Tom Hanks’ space because they have a typewriter room, but Rita in the laundry.”
