The Everybody Loves Raymond star calls for replacement after accusing leaders of “dropping the ball,” highlighting how the city was not at all prepared for the fires, which first broke out on Jan. 7 in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood east of Malibu.

Since then, much of Los Angeles County has been affected, killing dozens of people and destroying thousands of homes and businesses.

Heaton is also under pressure over the need for greater forestry control and reservoirs to be filled with water.

“I know some officials were saying, ‘Well, the formula was overwhelming. ’ Well, in the event of a primary fire, of course, it will be overwhelmed,” Heaton told Fox News.

“You know it and prepare for it,” he continued. “So I think there’s a lot of cash being spent in Los Angeles and we can’t know where it’s going. “

Heaton went on to say that Californians “can’t depend on the government to take care of things. “

He added: “These are other people who mesh into their network and insist on getting things done. And unfortunately, it’s a very, very, very hard lesson. “

He continued: “But I guess that’s what it takes to break down that bureaucracy and do what the government intends to do, which is take care of infrastructure first and foremost. “

Heaton no longer lives in Los Angeles, but she has helped friends who had to evacuate and opened her Nashville home to those “leaving” the city.

“My four sons still live in L.A., and we go back to hang out and take meetings,” she told the outlet.

“And we have many friends there and are doing business there, but Nashville seems to be welcoming a lot of people from our industry. So I’m not the only one that made this decision.”

He explained that the city “is already filling up” with “artistic and talented people” and predicts that many more will come.

“I have a feeling that after this fire, we are going to have another massive number. . . other talented, artistic people who have had enough and are in a position to live in a lovely position with other friendly people and where they can be artistic without worry about burning houses, rising taxes, crime and all that.
