Ever After Music Festival will return for its fifth episode June 7-9 to fuse music festival culture with a fantasy getaway theme.
“We try to bring this theme to life through camps, on-site with other decorations and activities, and marketing,” says Gabriel Mattacchione, owner and founder of Ever After. “We inspire other people to be exclusive and dress up as please, really immerse yourself in our party and make it your own. “
In addition to the festival’s large lineup with acclaimed artists such as Excision, Illenium, Green Velvet and Malaa, the occasion also features many activities for attendees. Mattacchione says festival-goers will have the opportunity to ride rides, participate in climbing and ziplining at the large sports center, hike the Enchanted Forest Trail provided with “relaxation areas” and inflatable cabanas, or play at the water park that has a wave pool for 3,000 people. Several slides for adults and sunbathing areas. Entrance to the water park is included in each and every festival ticket.
The event will be held at the Bingemans Conference Centre near Toronto, Ontario, and will offer camps for approximately 4,000 participants. According to Mattacchione, who is also president of Beyond Oz Productions Inc. , the production company behind Ever After, the event will feature innovations for both the festival and venue this year. “We’re going to bring the highest level of Kitchener to the Ever After box this year with advanced sound design, so we can focus and centralize the sound so the audience can get the most. “Productive sound quality imaginable,” he says.
Mattacchione adds that they will bring more than 750,000 watts of bass and 3 stages to Ever After this year. Two of the scenarios will feature foreign skills while the third will feature local skills. Although the main days of the festival run from Friday to Sunday, the festivities will begin on Thursday with a pre-party with Yellow Claw, Moody Good, ZíA and local skill.
In addition to festival updates, Mattacchione says there will also be upgraded amenities for this year, adding full bars on stages that settle for cash, separate entry for VIP and Rabbit Hole ticket holders, more portable toilets and upgraded waterfilling stations. “Last year taught us a lot because we have grown exponentially in number and we are in a position to build on what we have learned from this experience,” he adds. Visitor service kiosks will also be added #EAMFcare.
“I think what makes Ever After exclusive compared to other festivals is the fun we’re offering to attendees,” says Mattacchione. “Yes, we focus a lot on programming and talent, but I see a lot more than that. “I need other people to hear the words Ever After and be excited to come, not just because of who’s on stage, but because of all the other things you can do here. I need Ever After to appeal to everyone, even if you don’t like electronic music. Music, here is everything to do and enjoy.
