A woman who claims to have had sex with an Irish celebrity when she was 16 has rejected her defense’s suggestion that nothing of a sexual nature happened in her space because she had never been there.
The 40-year-old, whose name will be released for legal reasons, pleaded not guilty to three counts of sexual acts with a child under the age of 17 at locations in Dublin between August and December 2010.
The Dublin Circuit Criminal Court has already heard that the plaintiff first told the boy that he was 18 years old. She testified that he told her his real age before engaging in sexual activity.
