The newborn daughter of Joy-Anna (Duggar) Forsyth has a name!
Almost a week after the arrival of her baby, the Counting star gave the nickname she and her husband Austin Forsyth gave the girl: Evelyn Mae Forsyth.
After welcoming her son on August 21, Joy-Anna explained that she and Austin “had difficulty deciding” a name.
“I sought your call to be the best and elegant!” Joy-Anna, 22, wrote on Instagram on Thursday along with photos of baby baby Evelyn Mae.
“We had a hard time deciding, but after a few days, despite everything, we decided on ‘Evy Mae’ and we think it fits us perfectly!” he said.

Joy-Anna announced the birth of Evelyn Mae on Monday in a large Instagram post, sharing two photos of her and Austin, 26, with her newcomer, joining her older brother Gideon, 2.
“To say that my center is complete is to fall short,” he wrote on Instagram. “We dreamed of this day and are very pleased to announce that our little woman arrived on August 21 at 2:12 p. m. , weighing 8 pounds and five ounces. measuring 19. 5 inches long!
“She has the most productive personality, she’s simple and she loves being dressed!” continued Joy-Anna. “It has its afternoons and its days mixed up, but honestly, I love it!Spend that quiet and quality moment with her at night. “Yes, it was special! We are grateful for all the love and prayers that came to us during this pregnancy. “
The little woman was born without complications, and mother and daughter are very well, CONFIRMED PEOPLE.
The good news comes after Joy-Anna revealed in July 2019 that she had a miscarriage at 20 weeks, and in March she announced that she was pregnant and expecting a woman in August.
“Yes . . . It’s true!- Austin4site and I are BACK PRETE!Ahhh !!!” he wrote on Instagram at the time: “He’s been pretty crazy in the last few months, but we’re so grateful that the mother and baby are healthy!”
In a YouTube video last month, Joy-Anna talked about her pregnancy and told enthusiasts that her first home birthing experience would give birth to her son in a hospital.

On Wednesday, the proud mother shared 3 new photos of her little joy pack.
“I’m running out of words, so I’ll just say . . . She’s the best and I love her more than I ever thought I could!”Joy-Anna replaced the message.
