The 27-year-old actress gave the impression of dismissing an upcoming appearance on the popular ITV show while beating the contestants on the show.
Katie said she would be “more afraid of other people than insects” and that the total series would be “a bad move” in terms of racing,” even though she never ruled out continuing.
Talking to Liz Taylor on the Events That Made Me podcast, Sinead’s former actress Tinker said, “I’d love to make the jungle without the cameras, so it wouldn’t be a show.
“I love camping, I’m actually a little tomboy, and the bugs don’t worry me.
“But those are the other people I couldn’t deal with, I couldn’t take care of the egos. I’d be more afraid of other people than insects, but I would never say so.”
She added: “I’m used to living alone, but living in a camp with other people at the bottom doesn’t seem attractive.
“I cross it out, but I think it would be a bad resolution in terms of career.”
He went on to say that it will “keep in action” despite the “wonderful offers” to make real TV.
The star went on: “I need to stay in business. With everything that’s going on, it would be easy to make a reality, which I didn’t get right.
“I also won some glorious offers, but unless it’s something I’m passionate about or want to do, I just need to focus on the theater.”
She wouldn’t be Corrie’s star in the jungle, as Andy Whyment and Jennie McAlpine collapsed.
Katie emerges from the most sensible of a BAFTA nomination for Sinead’s death scenes in Corrie.
She was recently pursued through award-winning screenwriter Fat Friends and Playing the Field – Kay Mellor – for her new drama, The Syndicate.
She plays a “rugby on the edges, single mother a lot of money”.
