Not only Jussie Smollett: Kim Foxx too Chicago murders and rapists will unleash much more than his predecessor

Cook County State Prosecutor Kim Foxx catapulted himself to the national highlights when, in defiance of then-Mayor Rahm Emanuel and the Chicago Police Department, he decided at one point to drop the criminal case opposed to actor and hate crime scammer Jussie Smollett.

Foxx’s collusion with Tina Chen, Michelle Obama’s former staff leader deployed at the wealthy Smollett camp, proved unnecessary thanks to an indictment effectively confirmed through a special prosecutor. But the public was rightly terrified that Foxx would alleviate some other case of criminal celebrities under his control: the alleged sexual offences against R. Kelly.

The public is right to worry Foxx, as knowledge proves that the Smollett case is not an anomaly. Foxx loves to let criminals, besides rapists and murderers, leave without a fool.

Foxx eliminated all fees against 30% of felony defendants, a staggering 54% above the 19.4% rate of its predecessor, according to a Chicago Tribune poll. While Foxx claims he did so with his office resources away from nonviolent crime, that’s not what evidences knowledge.

“During the three-year era analyzed, Foxx’s workplace decreased by 8.1% of murder cases, compared to 5.3 percent of [former Cook County State Prosecutor Anita] Alvarez,” writes the Chicago Tribune. “With Foxx, the workplace lost 9.5% of sex crime cases; 6.5% rate for Alvarez.”

The investigation continued, “The Foxx also increased the dropout rate for annoying attack and annoying gun attack. And under Foxx, the percentage of instances decreased for defendants of annoying attack of a policeman more than double, from 3.9% to 8.1%. “

The percentage of domestic violence cases eliminated through Foxx has also increased by nearly 10%, and the number of non-registration cases as sex offenders that have been eliminated through Foxx has nearly tripled.

Now, as the troublemakers loot and subdue Chicago to submission, Smollett’s special prosecutor, Dan Webb, released his findings on Foxx’s handling of racism cases, stating that he had discovered evidence “that he may succeed at the point of a violation of legal ethics through Foxx State’s attorney “and other Cook County prosecutors” in connection with false and/or misleading public statements about the prosecution “and evidence demonstrating” really extensive abuses of discretion.”

Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot has been criticized for the city’s weak reaction to Chicago’s troublemakers. But without force and imposed through the mayor’s workplace and law enforcement means nothing if the innocent Foxx continues to let the violent criminals go free.

Smollett was just one example of the vacuum of justice Foxx brought to Chicago. The severe violence sweeping the streets of the city will not come until the electorate dismisses it.
