Star quarterback Aaron Rodgers did not play in the New York Jets’ preseason victory over the Washington Commanders on Saturday afternoon, but he was still able to get his arm checked later that night.

According to Mark Suleymanov of the New York Post, Rodgers made a wonderful appearance at the end of an episode of the Kill Tony podcast at Madison Square Garden on Saturday night and threw several footballs into the crowd.

A video posted on social media showed the four-time NFL MVP throwing a pass that comedians on the level watched in amazement.

Rodgers was part of a star-studded showcase that included, among others, comedians Joe Rogan, Shane Gillis, Joey Diaz, Jeff Ross and Andrew Dice Clay.

It’s still unclear if Rodgers will have a chance to play in the preseason, but it appears the 40-year-old is getting a laugh as he prepares for the 2024 campaign.
