ROCK the LOCK 2024 at the Erie Canal site

FORT HUNTER – Schoharie Crossing State Historic Site has announced the return of its annual ROCK the LOCK music series for 2024.

The series continues with performances Saturday afternoon at the Erie Canal Historic Site, offering a mix of local and regional musical performances. Events begin at 1 p. m. every day outdoors at the Visitor Center.

On August 24, attendees will witness a headline display featuring the Greg Bucking Band along with Becca Frame and the Tall Boys. The series will conclude on August 31 with

Jon Wager as opening act for the band SIRSY.

Participants are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and dress for outdoor situations. The Schoharie Crossing Visitor Center, located at 129 Schoharie Street in Fort Hunter, will serve as the venue for the concerts.
