Over the past two years, Henning’s innovation and direction, along with Goldberg’s full-life comedy, have captivated 2 million followers, fueling the expansion of its unique culinary storytelling platform.
The two-day festival taking place this year on August 10 and 11 at the Bk Backyard Bar is expected to attract another 6,000 people, with one sold-out day. Festival-goers can expect samples of 300-pound tuna that will be brought in daily at four p. m. through Sushi By Bou, new oysters shelled through movable oyster shells that will roam during the festival via Oyster XO, and anything never seen before.
