Serena Williams her stylistic knowledge for the most recent episode of her Instagram series, #SerenaSaturdays.
In this week’s episode, the 23-time Grand Slam champion showed enthusiasts how to try out a variety of summer looks, all made up of pieces from her fashion logo Serena. Williams began the video with a blush mini dress called Julia Wrap Mini Dress, featuring gold buttons and a V-neckline. The flavor is on sale on the logo’s online page for $50 (from $99).
“This outfit isn’t an outfit where you have to try your best to look stylish,” Williams said, adding that dressing up would be very productive for a social assembly or a drink with friends.
The mom to Olympia then swapped the dress for a strappy beige tank top and olive green satin lounge pants (marked down to $88 from $175), before changing into her final look, a sheer lace polo shirt and flowing tulle skirt.
The professional tennis player has combined all her ensembles with the same pair of heels: sandals with gold straps with large feet attached to a medium heel. The shoes that accentuate the biggest finger began to be a trend for the spring season 19, appearing first on the runway of the Y/Project exhibition at Paris Fashion Week. Since then, several celebrities have embraced the trend, adding sublime women such as Katie Holmes, Hailey Baldwin, Jessica Alba and Rihanna.
Probably the world’s best-known female athlete, Williams ranks 33rd on Forbes’ list of the world’s highest-paid athletes in 2020, with $36 million in revenue. The publication said Williams made $4 million in field earnings, adding $32 million of sponsorships and other businesses. In addition to his long-standing contract with Nike and his eponymous fashion logo, Williams owns a venture capital fund of the same name, making an investment in new companies founded through women and minorities. He also has stakes in the Miami Dolphins and UFC. In addition, the athlete has more than a dozen approval agreements – Wilson Sporting Goods, Bumble, Gatorade and JPMorgan Chase are among the top prestige – and appears on the 2020 advertising crusade of the Stuart Weitzman luxury footwear logo.
