While the PlayStation and PC network loves the game, it does too. a prominent Starship Troopers actor who has said he’s willing to bet on General Brasch in a film adaptation of Helldivers 2.

The game is surely glorious and it’s no secret that the cult classic Starship Troopers has a huge influence. With that in mind, lead actor Casper Van Dien praised Arrowhead’s multiplayer epic and said it’s poised to be a component of the franchise.
Starship Troopers lead actor Casper Van Dien reacted to Helldivers 2. This comes from a video posted via Gamology on YouTube in which Casper Van Dien watched the game and discussed comparisons to the 1997 film.
In the video, Van Dien praised the game and gave it the best score, 10 out of 10. Reacting to the famous promotional video for recruiting players on the battlefield, Casper Van Dien said: “It’s the same as in the movie. It’s so incredible, I love it. “
More comparisons to Starship Troopers have been noted and actor Johnny Rico said, “You can see it’s definitely a huge tribute. . . look at this uniform, it’s very similar to Starship Troopers. “
While he praised everything about the game, the only difference Van Dien criticized was the layers. Watching the Helldivers in action, Van Dien said, “You see that cape, it’s cool, but. . . They throw away layers that would probably kill me. “
While he praised the gameplay and promotional cinematics of the war propaganda, Van Dien also highlighted the similarities between buggy aliens, weapons, and transport ships. Regardless, he said, “It’s a tribute to Starship Troopers, it’s absolutely wonderful. “
