The online marketplace iSeeCars. com analyzed the sales of 260 million vehicles between 2012 and 2022 to determine which models had the most productive chance of reaching a quarter of a million kilometers, based on the miles reported at the time of their sales.

“Vehicle lifespan continues to grow, with more than 20 cars now having a 20 percent or longer lifespan of at least a quarter of a million miles,” said Karl Brauer, executive analyst at iSeeCars. com.
“For the maximum of automotive history, 100,000 miles is considered the maximum service life. Over the past 30 years, we’ve noticed an increasing number of cars achieving 200,000 miles and more, and for our tenth study of more sustainable cars, we’ve expanded our research to wait for which cars have the highest probability of successfully going 250,000 miles or more. “
