In 2019, we introduced Head for Points Travel Rewards

In January 2020 we hosted a lovely dinner at Quo Vadis in Soho to celebrate the winners.

We have to make it a normal event. And then. . . Well, you know the rest.

But now we’re back. Thousands of you voted (THANK YOU!) and in the evening we will be hosting the Head for Points Travel Presentation Dinner.

We are in the privileged position of having an audience – you – that has an exceptional knowledge of business travel, airlines, hotels, airport lounges and travel credit cards.  Many of you experience these products on a regular basis, and far more frequently than either Rob, Sinead, Katie or I do.

There are 14 categories, including:

. . . . and so on!

Rob and I will be presenting 4 Editor’s Choice Awards along with the most sensible winners. This means that niche salons, credit cards, or products can be winners. We don’t need the biggest corporations to keep them just because they’re big.

Tomorrow night we organize a dinner in the City for 90 people, composed exclusively of pre-selected companies.

Rob and I were really inspired by the involvement.

We have the UK, and in some cases European, heads of most of the shortlisted airlines coming along.

We have senior executives from all of the major airport lounge teams joining us.

We have heads of some of the nominated loyalty programmes flying in especially for the event.

We have an MC, Jonathan Samuels from Sky News.

We even have an agreement in principle with a national newspaper to publish the effects on their website.

It’s going to be a wonderful night and we look forward to presenting the names of the winners and photographs from the event later in the week.

Good luck to all of the shortlisted companies.

The dinner tomorrow is being generously sponsored by Rakuten Advertising.

Rakuten Advertising leads the industry by delivering performance-based advertising responses that help some of the world’s largest and financial brands connect with unique and highly engaged audiences, from first impression to final sale.

We work heavily with them to manage various partnerships, primarily our paintings with American Express, and have been inspired by the additional price they bring compared to popular partner paints.

Can’t an article about the event?
