Aisle or window airplane seat?
Totally disappeared, as I like, to the bathroom.
An item you can’t do without?
On my iPad I play, watch movies, paint. It’s portable and I never use my laptop. How do you spend your time on a plane?
When it comes to work, the best thing I can do is travel by plane. I don’t know if it’s the sound of an airplane, it’s a big white noise, but for some reason, if I’m writing or editing something, I go into an area.
Pizza or pasta?
Pizza. Nothing beats pizza. Although I can’t help but talk about Rome, I love Domino’s Pizza. It’s pretty fantastic.
One Italian lifestyle habit or trait you would like to see America adopt?
I think it’s probably most of Europe, but they take their holidays seriously. When they don’t work, they don’t work. They don’t take it. When they paint, they paint. But when they leave their paintings and take some time off, it’s a sacred space and they appreciate it.
