Questions | I like to think of my figure as a temple, but in recent years I look more like a turtle. I drag my exercise equipment, runners, towel, boxing gloves, (healthy) lunch, and computer to and from the office. Uncomfortable, it’s uncomfortable. It’s crazy in a 30-liter backpack. There has to be a better way. Please help me find a gym bag that looks great. – Work on my physical condition
The backpack of choice for Lockeroom co-founder Raph Freedman is this 23-liter Lululemon Everyday Backpack 2. 0.
Dear paintings in my physical condition.
The road to physical greatness is not easy. Sure, you’ll soon be bragging about your pecs and abs on a washboard, but at what price?
A giant backpack? Maybe.
I spoke to Raph Freedman, co-founder of Lockeroom, Sydney’s self-proclaimed “corporate executives” gym, to get his views on the matter and he didn’t mince words. “It’s a challenge, yes. Because when you carry a bag that’s too big, other people laugh at you,” he says.
The Aer Fit Olive Pack 3 includes a ventilation for your sports shoes.
Other than that, when it comes to a smart sports bag, Freedman focuses on resilience.
“The challenge with sports bags is that they have to be strong, have holes and stay new as long as possible,” he says.
“A lot of other compartments are essential, so you can put sweaty clothes in one and new clothes in another. “
Noting that “it’s not for everyone,” he also prefers a backpack with adjustable shoulder straps. That’s because backpacks are less difficult to handle if you’re running on the train, bus, or (if you’re one of those people) to and from the gym.
He also reaches for a gym bag with an out-of-sight bottle holder, he says. “Hydration is important, so if somewhere on the side of the bag you can put a one-liter bottle, I prefer that. This also gives you security” in case the bottle leaks.
Freedman uses Lululemon’s 23-liter Everyday Backpack 2. 0 in black; The color matches everything, he explains, plus the backpack has room for a 16-inch computer and that vital place for a water bottle.
If you prefer a shoulder bag, check out Lululemon’s 29-litre City Adventurer.
The brand’s giant 29-liter Java sports bag is an option for those who like to carry a shoulder bag.
Some of Freedman’s high-flying consumers are launching Rec Gen kits. The 22-liter Rec Gen Compact backpack includes a computer and iPad wallet and is made from recycled ballistic-grade nylon, developed for bulletproof vests worn by World War II aviators. Remember that if one of your colleagues tries to laugh at your training backpack, you are quite doubtful with such a stain.
For those who want to carry a little more, such as boxing gloves, the 50-liter sports bag is a smart choice.
You might not face any criticism with the modern 22-liter Rec Gen backpack.
If martial arts are your thing, turn to the Muay Thai and Fairtex boxing brand. Salt very well with the purple Fairtex barrel bag. You’ll want a giant bag for your shin guards and gloves, but with the words “Muay Thai” etched into the look it offers instant freshness as well as an implied threat.
Certainly one for martial arts fans: the Fairtex Barrel Bag (BAG9) in purple.
If not, check out the 18. 7-liter Fit Pack 3 from the American Aer olive bag logo. The flexible backpack includes a ventilated shoe compartment for men’s shoes up to size 13.
And if a Pilates consultation before or after a day of painting is more of your style, check out P. E. Nation’s sage-colored Retreat yoga bag. With a bag for your yoga mat, the bag will also have compatibility with your computer and essentials, while still being stylish.
The Nation’s Retreat Sage yoga bag includes a committed garage for a yoga mat.
Now move forward: faster, taller, more powerful (and more elegant).
