On Tuesday, season 22 contestant The Bachelor shared a video of her son Franklin James at home on June 19 and moments before she and her boyfriend Grayston Leonard welcomed her into the world.

Throughout the video, Martinez, 25, is running her home and in the delivery tub, moaning in pain during contractions, while women gather around the fan to stay fresh. About halfway through the journey, Franklin is truly shown being born in the bathtub.

The mother of two admits that she “felt nervous about sharing this video” at first, despite the joy of giving birth “beyond what she might have expected” and “a dream come true.”

“However, strangely, the photographs seemed so raw and primitive that I felt uncomfortable looking for them,” Martinez recalls in the legend of the video.

“[It] came out here absolutely in a contraction,” he added over Franklin’s access to the world. “I briefly felt the ring of fire, but not really. Just fast. Just a push and his head out.
