Panattoni Development’s Nashville is now under the structure of its five-story mixed-use structure on Music Row.
Turner Construction’s Nashville serves as a general contractor for the project, with 1030 Music Row (the building’s nickname) with a front of 1030 16th Ave.S.Se forecasts a maturity in January 2022, according to a statement.

JLL Capital Markets announced that it has completed the sale for $30.9 million from 245 Couchville Industrial, a 709,652 square foot Class A warehouse and distribution facility in Wilson County.
JLL announced the assets on behalf of the seller, a joint venture between Sansone Group and Fortress Investment Group, according to the statement.Westmount Realty Capital LLC is the buyer.
The assets cover approximately acres at 245 Couchville Industrial Blvd.
245 Couchville Industrial is fully occupied, adding 67% of the lease to Electrolux North America Inc.($4 billion in sales in 2019).
“Investor demand is on record for commercial assets in high-growth solar belt markets like Nashville, however, opportunities to get them are slim,” said Matt Wirth, CEO of JLL Capital Markets.
