Based on the novel of the same title written by Robinne Lee, “The Idea of You” is a romantic drama film that revolves around the unforeseen romance between a single mother and the lead singer of a world-famous boy band. In fact, even the Coachella scenes that take place in California were filmed in Atlanta. Team members reportedly spent several weeks building a set for Coachella in the middle of an open field. After construction, they also had to fill the area with a bunch of extras to create a crowd. Nicholas Galitzine, who plays Hayes Campbell, was nervous about performing on stage.
