Zoë Kravitz about her musical past!
The actress stopped by the Tonight Show on Wednesday to talk about her new film The Batman, and talked about the moment her father, superstar musician Lenny Kravitz, took her to VH1, where she directed TLC’s “No Scrubs. “
In the retrospective clip, shared on the late-night show, a then-girl zoë (wearing a tiara!) sings the song’s chorus adorably before asking the camera, “Am I on TV?”

After Fallon played the music video for her “being a ham,” Zoë asked with a laugh, “Why am I dressed in a tiara?I don’t know. “

Meanwhile, Lenny paid tribute to his daughter for her lead role as Selina Kyle/Catwoman in The Batman.
On Wednesday, the “American Woman” singer, 57, shared a photo on Instagram of Zoë disguised as Catwoman. In the photo, she wears a black jumpsuit with short hair while looking at the camera with intensity.
“Congratulations, my love, on this iconic moment. I’m very proud of you. #TheBatman,” Lenny in his message.
Lenny shares Zoë, his only daughter, with his ex-wife Lisa Bonet, whom he married between 1987 and 1993.

Speaking to Fallon, 47, about his highly anticipated superhero movie, Zoë said she used strategies to get into the character.
Reflecting on the strategies he would use if he put on the familiar cat suit, Fallon told his guest, “I would use cats, drink milk from a bowl. “
Zoë replied, “I did it,” and when Fallon came back and said, “You didn’t,” she insisted, “I did it. “
The host again, “Did you drink milk from a bowl?”to which Zoë replied, “Maybe,” adding, “I’m methodical, man!”
The Batman hits theaters on Friday.
